Team India Schedule for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in 2022
The ICC released the fixtures for the men’s T20 World Cup 2022, which will be held in Australia from Oct 16 to Nov 13.
On October 16, 2014, champions Sri Lanka and Namibia will square off in the first round of the tournament at Kardinia Park in Geelong. All eyes will be on IND and PAK, who were assigned to Group 2 of the Super 12 stage. The first match of the ICC men’s T20 World Cup 2022 will be played on October 23 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground against archrivals Pakistan.
In the Super 12, Group 2 includes India, Pakistan, South Africa, and Bangladesh, as well as the winner of Group B and runners-up in Group A from the first round, while Group 1 includes world number one England, New Zealand, and Afghanistan, as well as the winner of Group B and runners-up in Group A from the first round.
Following the match against Pakistan, India will face the runner-up from Group A (first round) on October 27 in Sydney. India will face South Africa in Perth on October 30, followed by a match against Bangladesh in Adelaide on November 2.
On November 6, India’s final Super 12 match will be against the winner of Group B (first round) in Melbourne.

ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in 2022
Last year in Dubai, Pakistan recorded their first World Cup victory over India. Defeating Virat Kohli’s team emphatically. India will attempt to break the record stage in Australia.
In the history of the men’s T20 World Cup, the two teams have met six times. With India winning five of those encounters.
The following is the schedule for India’s matches during the men’s T20 World Cup:
23rd October: India vs Pakistan at Melbourne Cricket Ground
27th October: India vs Group A runner-up at Sydney Cricket Ground
30th October: India vs South Africa at Perth Stadium
2nd November: India vs Bangladesh at Adelaide Oval
6th Novermber: India vs Group B winner at Melbourne Cricket Ground
