Mohammed Shami order by a Kolkata court to pay Rs. 1.3 lakh monthly alimony to his ex-wife. Hasin Jahan has been living apart from her daughter for quite some time owing to a disagreement with the father.
A court in Kolkata ordered Indian bowler Mohammed Shami to pay his former wife Hasin Jahan INR 1.30 lakh in alimony every month on Monday, January 23. Hasin Jahan will get a personal alimony payment of INR 50,000 from the total of INR 1.30 lakh. The remaining INR 80,000 going toward the care of their daughter, who lives with her.
Hasin Jahan filed a case in court in 2018 seeking INR 10 lakh per month in alimony payments. Rs 7,00,000 going to her personal maintenance and the remaining INR 3,00,000 going to their daughter’s care. Her counsel, Mriganka Mistry, told the court that the Indian pacer’s yearly salary for fiscal year 2020-21 more over INR 7 crore, and that a monthly alimony payment of INR 10 lakhs was thus not excessive.
Selim Rahman, Shami’s counsel, stated that Hasin Jahan’s claim for such a large quantity of alimony was inappropriate because she had a consistent source of income from her work as a professional fashion model.

After hearing from both sides, the lower court ordered the monthly alimony payment at Rs. 1.3 lak on Monday
Hasin Jahan expressed thanks for the court’s decision. But claim that a larger alimony payment would have made her feel more relieved. Until the report was submitted, the Indian pacer did not reply to this count.
After India defeated Pakistan in the Asia Cup in September of last year. Hasin Jahan start a covert attack on Shami, who was not on the Indian squad. She accomplish this by uploading a photo of Hardik Pandya, who conclude the chase with a six and took India to a win against their archrivals.
