Chahar has taken 10 and 26 wickets in seven ODIs and 20 T20 matches in his short international career.
Coming down the order, Chahar has also made significant contributions for India. Hitting two fifties in ODIs, with his highest score being 69 not out.
The IPL 2022 will be held in the country from March 26 to May 29.
