India has been successful in bilateral T20I series since the T20 World Cup 2021. Their winning streak is maintain with their 2-1 series victory over South Africa. The Men in Blue, led by Head Coach Rahul Dravid, have never lost a T20 International series. They will enter the T20 World Cup in Australia in 2022 as the top-ranked squad.

Dravid said the squad has put in a lot of effort so far, therefore they are hopeful about results in Australia. He also emphasized the value of luck and discussed the impact of audience support on the side’s success while visiting other countries.

“We are going to do our best, we’ve really worked hard and we can just hope for the best. In tournaments like those, you need to play really well but we need a bit of luck as well. We hope to bring smiles to people’s faces. I think since crowds have been allowed into stadiums, we’ve got great support everywhere we’ve gone and the boys are really encouraged by that support. We’ll have that in Australia as well, we’ll try our best,”
