Aakash Chopra backs RCB to win their upcoming clash against KKR

Aakash Chopra backs RCB to win their upcoming clash against KKR. RCB will play KKR in their next match on April 6 at Eden Gardens Stadium.

Former India cricketer and game analyst Aakash Chopra made a daring prediction before of the ninth match of the Indian Premier League 2023, which will be played at the Eden Gardens Stadium between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore. It will be Kolkata’s first home game since April 28, 2019, since the league has seen several changes throughout the last three rounds of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Chopra feels that the Faf du Plessis-led team will win their forthcoming match against the Nitish Rana-led Kolkata Knight Riders. RCB are on a winning streak after defeating Mumbai Indians in their season opener and claiming an easy victory over the five-time winners. RCB appeared to be in terrific form across the board, whilst KKR failed to create an impression in their last game against Punjab Kings and finally lost.

“Bangalore will win this match, making it two wins out of two for Bangalore and two losses out of two for Kolkata.” Is that anything that will happen? I’m not sure; we’ll find out, but I believe it will happen. My second prediction is that Siraj and Harshal will take three or more wickets together. You can add the name of any other fast bowler to make a total of five wickets. “I believe quick bowlers will be more successful than spinners here,” Chopra remarked in a YouTube video.

Russell and Maxwell will together hit five or more sixes: Chopra

“The powerplay overs will result in more than 90 runs.” Even 105 runs might be scored in the first six overs for both teams. There will be some good hitting in the first few overs. The surface will benefit the quick bowlers a little, but the ball will come really sweetly onto the bat. Russell and Maxwell will each hit at least five sixes. Both enjoy hitting sixes, and this ground is ideal for doing so,” Chopra added.
