Kuldeep Yadav delivered a one-of-a-kind performance, returning with figures of 4-35 in his four overs to help Delhi Capitals defeat Kolkata Knight Riders by 44 runs in the 19th game of the IPL 2022 season at Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. Furthermore, Kuldeep dismissed Shreyas Iyer, Pat Cummins, Sunil Narine, and Umesh Yadav in a spell that broke the back of KKR’s innings, and they fell 44 runs short of the 216-run target. Apart from this spell, Kuldeep bowled Umesh with a stunning caught and bowled – one of the best efforts in the history of the cash-rich league.
Kuldeep bowled a flighted delivery in the 16th over of the KKR innings. Moreover, Umesh tried to smash it out of the ground but only got a top-edge. The ball ballooned up, and Kuldeep ran a good distance before diving to complete a spectacular catch.

However, The former won the toss and chose to bat first in the match between KKR and DC. David Warner and Prithvi Shaw scored 61 and 51 respectively as the Delhi Capitals posted 215/5 in 20 overs.
Sunil Narine returned with two wickets for KKR. KKR kept losing wickets at regular intervals while chasing 216.
Moreover, Shreyas Iyer was the top-scorer for KKR, scoring 54 runs off 33 balls.
With this win, Delhi earned their second victory of the season, while KKR suffered their second loss.
