Harmanpreet Kaur prepared for the first Women’s IPL game. -‘Will be a good experience’. The inspiring Indian captain applauded the BCCI for launching the Women’s IPL.

Harmanpreet Kaur of India is anticipating the Women’s IPL. While the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup is just around the way. In the next ICC mega event, the Indian captain is undaunted by the challenge of the opponent. And is instead focused on maximizing the assets of her squad. The ground-breaking all-rounder is excited to share a locker room with international athletes for the Women’s IPL.

After helping the Indian team win a record seventh Asia Cup in October and a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games earlier in the year, Harmanpreet Kaur is having a fantastic year for the Indian squad. The outstanding Indian captain praised the BCCI for opting to launch the Women’s IPL and added that it will greatly assist domestic players by enabling them to network with international athletes.

“The women’s IPL is something we are looking forward to. It will be a good experience, especially for the domestic players who are good but were not getting the chance to play at the international level. This is a great platform for them, and if they perform well, they will definitely get picked for the national side,”

Harmanpreet said.

Harmanpreet Kaur said – “I learned a lot when I played the WBBL and The Hundred”

The strong Indian all-rounder is an example to her teammates and was one of the first athletes to play in international franchise leagues like the WBBL and The Hundred. She thought that playing with foreign players would be very beneficial for the younger players, just as it had been for her while she was playing in foreign competitions.

“They are also going to share the dressing room with overseas players, and when you play with them, your competence goes high as well. You’re definitely going to learn great things from them. That’s what happened to me when I played the WBBL and The Hundred. I learned a lot from them, shared my thoughts, and got ideas from them as well,”

 Kaur added.
