- The Nepalese team made history by qualifying for the ICC T20 World Cup in 2014. They performed well and got two wins in three matches. However, Nepal failed to make it to the Super 10 round. Just because of an inferior net run rate. They had the same number of points as Bangladesh in Group A of Round 1. Bangladesh’s net run rate was 1.466, while Nepal had a net run rate of 0.933.
